2. Description of Service
NewtClaw provides managed hosting and deployment services for AI assistants (NewtClaw) on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers.
3. User Obligations
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and any API keys you connect.
- You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- You acknowledge that AI outputs are generated by third-party models (Claude, GPT, etc.) and NewtClaw is not responsible for their content.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid features require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ROHAN KUMAR or NewtClaw be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
