You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or billing portal. Please note that cancellation takes effect immediately. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all pro features and your AI bot instances may be disabled or limited to the free tier functionality.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund window for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
Refund requests made after the 7-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are typically not granted. NewtClaw does not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
5. Data Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way. For AI bot instances, we encrypt all API keys using AES-256 and do not store plain-text keys.
